I was recently in a car accident and quoted something crazy by a big repair chain and my insurance totaled my car. In an effort to get the total loss decision revoked I brought my car here. Although my insurance isn’t budging, The Body Shop was able to reduce my quote by over $4k and were trying to do everything they could. They have been extremely welcoming and kind, prompt, helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had all of the information, and they are committed to working with me to ensure I know all of my options moving forward. I don’t usually write reviews, but Anton and his team truly deserve it. My car was in bad shape and every other shop I went to tried to take advantage of me or push unnecessary repairs. I cannot recommend Anton & his team highly enough!! As a woman, I am used to being scammed by mechanics & auto body shops. It’s a tale as old as time. This was entirely different. This team was flexible around my work schedule, did such gorgeous work, over-communicated what I would need and how long it would take, and charged me the fairest and most reasonable price possible (especially compared to going rates & market value). They truly care about taking care of their customers and it shows. It was so refreshing to work with such kind & honest people. I’ve brought my car to The Body Shop twice now for two different jobs. Great prices, and even better work! Most recently my car needed its bumper replaced after a minor accident. Tony and the team took great care of me. The communication was great and they worked around my schedule. I dropped the car off on Wednesday and it was ready by Saturday afternoon. Tony gave me a great price and the bumper looks good as new (bumper reattached and paint job). Highly, highly recommended 10/10. Had a small incident on 2/10 and that very same day I came across this body shop. Anthony did an amazing job helping me out with the quoting and that very same day before the shop was about to close he provided the best customer service l've come across too. His staff is amazing just as he is and they help me get through the process very quickly in a timely manner. We got our bumper on a Corolla fixed here after a minor collision. The staff at the Body Shop Collision Repair identified the issue very quickly, ordered the relevant parts, and painted/installed all within less than a week of our initial visit. The car looks good as new now (actually, probably a lot better than before the accident)! The process was transparent, matter-of-fact, and very professional. I'm really happy with the service I got at The Body Shop Collision Repair for my Toyota Prius. They fixed up my car real nice. They put on a new front bumper, fixed up the fender, and got rid of some scratches on my side mirrors. The guys at The Body Shop Collision are real professionals. Tony was very informative and made things clear on what was going to be done to my car. He reuses some parts if possible and tries to make it affordable but the job is the best. Amazing and truly a very wonderful shop! On Easter Sunday we were involved in a hit and run. The owner of this shop sent someone immediately out and they were able to temporarily secure the car so that we could drive home. He walked us through how to get in touch with the insurance company and helped us every step of the way.
